TERMS AND CONDITIONS:- To be a sponsor the minimum pixel purchase is $100 (100 pixels). - Maximum - whatever is left in our sponsors' area. Space is limited so don't delay. - This website and the sponsors' page will be online for at least 5 years (starting from this pixel program launched date), so at least until September 1,, 2012, but possibly even longer (that's what we are aiming for). - No obscene / offensive / adult images / links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for this website. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded. You will lose your pixels and it will be available again to the public. - You cannot change the image or link once published. Double check and make sure the image & link you want to publish are final, which will be in our sponsors' page for at least 5 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason to change your image/link, e.g. major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc. You will not get a refund for down time. - Images must be the exact size of your purchased (e.g. $100 = 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels = 1 block). - Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. - Images must NOT be animated (imagine how messy the sponsors' page would look like). - Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://. - You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. - Funds must be fully cleared and received before your pixels go live on the sponsors' page. - There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
* Your website must be up and running at the time of submission. No under construction will be accepted. * If your image and link are accepted and published on the sponsors' page, you cannot get a refund. * If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive / obscene / adult material your image and link will be removed and you will not get a refund of any kind and your space will become publicly available again. * If for whatever reason you want your image and link removed from the sponsors' page, you can certainly do so but you will not get a refund of any kind and your space will become publicly available again. * Once your payment has been cleared and accepted (e.g. in our PayPal account), we will aim to get your pixels "live" at the sponsors' page within 24-48hrs (but please have patience if loads of people order at the same time). * If your website gets cancelled or closed you will loose your pixels and it will once again be available to the public. * WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME. * WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANYTIME WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT.
